As Climate Change and Energy Policy Fellow for the National Small Business Association (NSBA), Marc represents the interests of small business in the national debate over the country’s future energy and climate change policies. Mr. Andrews brings a background in energy-efficiency initiatives and regional cap-and-trade systems. He also has studied the costs and benefits of “green” building and is LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) accredited.
Prior to joining NSBA, Marc worked as an attorney in private practice where he represented small businesses and individuals. Mr. Andrews also previously worked for the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Office of Advocacy where he helped ensure federal regulations would not disproportionately burden small business.
Marc graduated from Wake Forest University with a degree in Economics and received his law degree with honors from Suffolk University Law School. During law school Marc was a member of the Environmental Law Society and the Suffolk Transnational Law Review.
