New SBTC Conference Call Registration System Starting with February's call, SBTC will be implementing a new conference call registration system. Using this system, you can sign up for one or multiple conference calls. This change is designed to make our calls more secure and allow us to better track who is participating in the calls. To register, simply visit the SBTC Conference Call page at the link below: http://sbtc.org/conference/index2.html You will be asked to submit some basic contact information, after which you will receive an email asking you to confirm that you are subscribing to the SBTC Conference Call list. You must click on the link provided in that e-mail to complete your registration. SBTC staff will send an e-mail with the conference call phone number and pass-code to each registrant a few days prior to each conference call. Please note that the call-in number and pass-code for SBTC conference calls will be different for every call. If you do not fill out this registration page, you won't receive the call-in information. The date and time for February's conference call is Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. eastern. |
