SBTC has become a strong, proactive and recognized voice in the formation and implementation of public policy issues and is regularly called upon by leaders in Congress and Government agencies for advice and guidance relating to the role of small business in the nation’s technology, R&D strategy, investments, tax and other policy matters that can critically affect small technology enterprises. Also, the SBIR/STTR and other government funded R&D programs represent top priorities.
