The Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program is due to end in a few weeks unless Congress extends it. You can help get Congress to act. Explain your company’s views about continuing the SBIR program directly to your U.S. Senators and Representative by attending a congressional fly-in on Feb. 9 and 10 hosted by the Small Business Technology Council—a council of NSBA.
SBTC will provide a briefing on SBIR’s legislative status on the evening of Monday Feb. 9, followed by congressional breakfast on Tuesday, Feb. 10. Attendees will then meet with their Members of Congress and their staff. If you need assistance in making an appointment with a Member of Congress for the 10th, please contact SBTC in advance with your request.

SBTC has reserved a block of hotel rooms at the downtown Westin Hotel should you require a hotel room. Please email alec@sbtc.org for more information about these rooms.
