House SBIR Reauthorization Bill Draws Criticism

The U.S. House of Representatives approved Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) reauthorization legislation recently. While SBIR/STTR Reauthorization Act (H.R. 5819) whizzed through three committees and onto the House floor in the span of one week the legislation has not slipped by without criticism.
